London Chinatown Unique Memory Map Teatowel

Chinatown Collective will be part of the central London celebrations to welcome the year of the snake on Sunday 2 February 2025. The organisation will hold a stall on Shaftesbury Avenue selling Made in Chinatown products and walking tour tickets.

The best school trips in town

Chinatown Collective has started the year with a flurry of school visits and Chinatown walking tours. The trips provide a way for students (and teachers!) to enjoy a morning learning more about the stories of the neighbourhood and then enjoy lunch served family-style at a Chinatown restaurant.

Chinatown Collective volunteers and supporters met in Soho for the new volunteer-led organisation's Big Hello, a launch event to explain the group's work and plans for 2025.

The phone box on Gerrard Street is a mini-landmark for visitors to enjoy. It's a popular spot for photos and hold heritage displays that link to online content to help people learn more about the area.
